Welcome to Ember and Oak Mobile Cigar Lounge! We’re thrilled to be a part of your special event. To ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience, please review our terms of service below.

Rates and Packages:

Standard Rate (Local):

Starting at $495 per hour, with rates varying based on your selected package.

Additional fees may apply for customized services or special requests.

Additional Hours Beyond Booking:

Need more time? Additional hours are available at $100 per hour. Please let us know at least 30 minutes before your booking ends if you'd like to extend.

Holiday Rate:

Bookings on holidays incur an additional $150 per hour charge on top of the standard hourly rate or package cost.

Extended Bookings:

For day or weekend long events, please contact us directly. We’ll work with you to create a customized pricing package that meets your needs.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Booking Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your final balance.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance is due 7 business days before your event. Payment must be received in full by this date to confirm our services.

Payment Options:

We accept cash, credit card, and electronic payments. Please note that any declined payments or delays may impact your booking confirmation.

Event Requirements and Policies

Age Requirement:

All guests and participants must be 21 years or older. Valid ID may be required for entry into the lounge.

Venue and Access Requirements:

To ensure our lounge is set up smoothly, we ask that you confirm parking and venue accessibility with us prior to the event. Please verify any restrictions with your venue host in advance.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is appreciated and accepted. If you'd like to include a gratuity in your final payment, please let us know.

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 business days of the event are non-refundable in full. For cancellations with notice of more than 7 days, fees will be credited toward a future booking within the calendar year.

Weather and Outdoor Events:

In cases of inclement weather, we’ll do our best to accommodate by adjusting our setup or offering rescheduling options, but alternative dates may be subject to availability.
